📦 Return & Refund Policy

At Superfut Soccer, our goal is to make sure your team looks and feels their best.

  • Custom Orders: Because uniforms are personalized (team names, player names, numbers, logos), these sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Defective or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged item or the wrong design, please contact us at info@superfutsoccer.com or  956-888-0105 within 10 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost.

We’re committed to resolving issues quickly so your team is game-ready without delays.

 

🚚 Shipping Policy

We work hard to ensure your custom uniforms are delivered quickly and reliably.

  • Production & Delivery Time: All custom uniforms are delivered in as little as 2 weeks after the order is submitted.

  • Processing: Orders are reviewed and confirmed within 1 business day.

  • Shipping Speed: U.S. orders typically arrive 3–5 business days after production.
    (This transit time is already included in the 2 week estimate.)

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on your location.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be sent once your order ships.

  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect information provided by customers.

By purchasing from Superfut Soccer, you agree to the following:

  1. Custom Orders: Once a design is approved and payment is completed, custom orders are final.

  2. Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.

  3. Production & Delivery: Estimated delivery times are provided, but delays may occur due to shipping carriers or supply chain issues. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has left our facility.

  4. Use of Website: You agree not to misuse our site or attempt fraudulent activity.

  5. Liability: Superfut Soccer is not liable for indirect damages or losses related to your purchase.
